Hi. I'm Jacob Michael. I was born October 4, 2004 at 5:29 A.M. When I was born, I weighed 5 pounds and 13.9 ounces & was 18" long. I was very healthy.
 
Now, I am 10 weeks old and I weigh 10 pounds and 5 ounces and am 21 1/2 inches long. Please keep checking back to see my pictures and watch me grow!
